The client retains full ownership rights once payment is completed.

Saikripa Techno Services does not guarantee availability of any specific domain name.
Domain renewals are the client’s responsibility unless an active renewal agreement exists.
Failure to renew on time may result in domain suspension or loss, for which Saikripa Techno Services is not liable.
Hosting services may be provided directly or through third-party hosting providers.
Server specifications, storage, bandwidth, and features are defined in the selected hosting plan.
While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including server maintenance or third-party outages.
Clients must:
Use hosting services lawfully
Avoid uploading malicious, copyrighted, or prohibited content
Maintain backups unless backup services are explicitly included
All domain, hosting, and development fees must be paid in advance, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable once activated.
Domain registrars, hosting providers, plugins, and software tools may be operated by third parties. Saikripa Techno Services is not responsible for their policies, downtime, or service changes.
Website designs and code remain the property of Saikripa Techno Services until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, licenses, or frameworks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue
Terms are violated
Illegal or harmful activities are detected
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to agreed terms.
Saikripa Techno Services shall not be liable for:
Domain loss due to delayed renewals
Data loss caused by third-party hosting providers
Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
